Close to station, allowed us to check in early, beautiful garden and beautiful swimming pool. Excellent shower. Lovely walks start almost from the door. Lovely bakery just opposite

Breakfast was limited, evening meal limited too but lots of restaurants nearby so no drama. Great hotel with secure parking for our motorcycles. Fabulous and helpful staff although the boss needs to learn to smile a bit more

The staff are extremely friendly, you feel like you're part of the family! In terms of facilities, there's everything for everyone.

The hotel is very nice and well positioned. The stuff is very helpful. You have a restaurant, swimming pool, garden, terrace and other facilities, you can also buy the tickets to Vall de Nuria train from the reception 😀

We arrived a few hours before we could check in, and asked if we could leave our bags there while we went out. The lady behind the desk made a couple of phone calls, and after checking our ID handed us the keys to our room. Our room was clean and so was the private bathroom as well.

I was unable to go to stay at the hotel. However, my friend did turn up on the day and stay there. He said it was really nice and the receptionist understood the problems we had had and made his lonely stay very comfortable.

Communal basement family area with a log fire lit each evening (Winter). Large room and bathroom with bath. Room cleaned daily. View from room of river, town and mountains.

The hotel was perfectly located in Vall de Núria. The hotel was clean, the staff so polite and willing to help, the breakfast delicious.
